Catusha works firstly in the early stages and particularly during the research phases of our projects. She then helps us review project stages to ensure that as we progress through the milestone reviews, we are still addressing the feedback and opinions expressed during the research. Catusha is also an accomplished project manager and has overseen work across many sectors but her strongest experience has been in retail and show merchandising.

As a published author in her spare time, Catusha has a way with words. Her specialty is writing children’s books and so she knows how to communicate effectively with the rest of the team.
